BANQUET'S WITH TEIBEL'S

WEDDING PACKAGES
Our wedding package can accommodate groups ranging from 40 to 400. The charge will be $38.25 per person plus tax and gratuity. This price includes:
 
1. Cocktail hour before dinner
3. Any two or three meat family style dinner or an individual service
    (Excluding Perch). Perch $3.25 extra.
4. Champagne or wine toast before dinner
5. Three hours of bar service after dinner
6. All other normal banquet requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements for booking a private banquet:

  • Minimum guarantee of 40 people required for private banquet room.

  • $250.00 room rental required for groups less than 40 persons.

  • $300.00 room rental for meeting rooms when lunch or dinner service is not required.

  • A $200.00 deposit is required. This amount will be deducted from your bill the day of your party. Payment in full on date of event.

  • Your deposit is refundable if notified of your cancellation 120 days prior to your date.

  • We appreciate at least one (1) full week notice of the approximate count in your party and a three (3) day notice of a final count. A 10% guarantee of your final count will be required.

  • 7% sales tax and 15% gratuity will be added to the total bill. (Food & Liquor)

  • $50.00 service charge on all private cash bars

  • Any group coming in before 11:00 am is required to have coffee and rolls.

  • $50.00 charge for pastry table service.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES (optional)

  • Audio/visual equipment, available on rental basis.

  • Security guards - not required.

  • Cake knife, candelabras, candle holders, bud vases, piano, screen, American flag available at no additional charge. Tables which are draped - Gift, Cake, Head, Punch, Trophy, and Registration - no charge. Cutting and serving of cake at no additional charge.

  • Cutting and serving of cake at no additional charge.

  • Ramp available for fashion show, 2 foot elevation - 4 feet wide - 24 feet long - draped.

Our office is open daily 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
